Job Description: Responding to systems alerts and paging out support resources for  power outage incidents. Sending technical communications, documenting actions taken during power outage. Utilizing ServiceNow software Incident and Change Modules.

  • Technical writing, technical knowledge and ability to translate into written communications.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and handle high pressure situations with competing demands and resources in short time window.
  • Good oral communication skills, assertive disposition required on outage calls.
  • Driven resource that will own their work, career and skill set growth.
