Job Description: The business team in Absence Management is looking for a Sr BA, with experiences in several different industries (or our industry, ideally) – preferably not limited to large organizations which tend to be process heavy and limit folks on what hat they wear.
We need an individual who has worked with a development team in software development but is comfortable with not being in IT. You will primarily be analyzing business data and processes, delivering business requirements, and they may engage with IT in some technical discussions.
The ideal candidate will be able to speak to being self-directed, a digger/curious, flexible, adaptable with the demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate information and begin formulating requirements. Unfortunately, there is very little ramp for on-boarding.
